Sterling silver sheet and wire elements are hand fabricated and soldered by me with the exception of the sterling silver stud posts and ear nuts.  Measurements do not include the ear wires. Clear rubber nuts included with hand formed ear wires.

city stroll  - sterling and found objects

Sterling silver sheet is sometimes heated to create round balls and tiny hand-sawn details or discs are soldered to complete each piece. Many pieces contain dapped or hammered elements.

sea glass

I find all the genuine sea glass and rocks on my walks along the shores of Puget Sound and the Pacific. The glass and rocks are surf tumbled. If a piece is still a little too jagged, I throw it back for a few more years of bouncing around in the sand and sea. ​

Sterling silver sheet is heated multiple times to create the exterior oyster shell texture. I hand manipulate the scalloped edges and dap the interior to create a 3D shape. Pearls are commercially purchased.

There is an endless supply of discarded objects along the roadside that make their way into my sterling silver pieces. Treasures might include a bumper bit, reflector shard, windshield glass chip, rear view mirror fragment, rusty nail, twist top bottle cap, tire or shoe tread.
